Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Lens. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organization.

The service

Lens provides document analysis tools for finance and legal professionals. Features and limits depend on your plan, described on our pricing page. We may improve or change features over time; material reductions will be communicated in advance.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your organization’s workspace. Workspace owners control team membership and roles. You must have the right to upload the documents you process with Lens.

Acceptable use

Do not use Lens to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to defeat security controls, or resell the service without authorization. AI outputs are analytical aids; you are responsible for verifying results before relying on them — every answer includes citations for that purpose.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

Data

Your content remains yours. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using Lens at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination you can export your data during a reasonable window.
